Because each order is sourced and prepared specifically for you, we do not offer:

Store credit
Please order carefully and review all product details before checkout.
Eligible Return Review (Rare Exceptions)
We only review return requests under the following conditions:
You received the incorrect item
The product arrived damaged during transit
To qualify for review:
You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unaltered
Lace must not be cut
Original packaging and tags must remain intact
Clear photos and order number must be submitted
Failure to meet these requirements automatically voids eligibility.
Inspection Process
If your return request is approved for review:
Item must be shipped back within 3 business days
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Item will be inspected upon arrival
If the product shows signs of installation, styling, odor, alteration, or tampering, the return will be denied and sent back to you.
Refund Approval
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
