729Beauty does not keep inventory on hand.
All items are ordered and prepared specifically for each Beauty after purchase. This allows us to:

Avoid aged or over-processed inventory
Provide freshly sourced hair with every order
Because items are not pre-stocked, processing time is required before shipment.
Processing Time
Standard Processing: 3–7 business days
Custom or specialty units: 7–14 business days
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please plan accordingly if you have an event or appointment scheduled.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed:
Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.
729Beauty is not responsible for courier delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Order items require additional sourcing time and may take 10–21 business days before shipment.

Beauties are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Incorrect addresses
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
